Starting today, you’ll be able to do even more on Todoist's Free plan. We’re unlocking a ton of previously-Premium features like:

300 active tasks per project (up from 150)
File uploads (up to 5 MB)
Comments
Filters (up to 3)
Labels
Calendar sync
Add tasks via email
Templates
Productivity trends
Your activity history (up to one week)

As part of the change, any brand new free account will now be limited to 5 active projects. You, however, will get to keep all your existing projects, no matter how many you have.

A free month of Todoist Pro

We want to give everyone a chance to experience our new Pro plan, too. With Pro, you’ll have access to unlimited reminders, Pro themes, and up to 300 projects.
